Link Care Solutions offers dignity and respect to every client, enabling each individual to receive personalised care, with dedicated support, whilst still maintaining independence and control over their lives.

Link Care Solutions has fully trained health care assistants that support our clients with a range of health and social care needs to live their life to the fullest in the comfort of their own homes.

We listen to you! Our aim is to always promote independence, while providing unrivalled support for every client. Our goal is for every client to feel confident, safe and cared for, with the use of holistic care planning in a fully person centered way.

Link Care Solutions will always adapt to the changing needs of each client and encourages feedback. We provide weekly phone calls, enabling each client to feedback any concerns. We work tirelessly to address these and put things right first time. We work with clients who have a range of complex support needs and our staff are trained to the highest level to address each need. Anything we don’t know; we receive further training. Some of the support needs include, mental health issues, physical and learning disabilities, acquired brain injury, dementia, spinal injury, but this list is not exhaustive

Domestic Cleaning

 

Different domestic tasks can be performed according to your needs. All general domestic cleaning tasks are undertaken. You will get the same domestic cleaner to do your weekly or fortnightly cleaning, that way you will know who is coming into your home each week and your cleaner will be able to work out a routine with you as to what you would like to do on each visit. We will also reallocate you to another domestic cleaner as quickly as possible, in the event your permanent cleaner is unavailable due to illness or holidays.

Our support team are always prepared to assist you in the community. This maybe trips to the day centre, a visit to the cinema or pub, or meeting with family or friends.

We work in liaison with multiple health care services, providing support with rehabilitation after hospital stays and ongoing treatment at home. We take care of appointments and enable your recovery in an efficient and timely manner.

We offer support for those with chronic illnesses, who just need a little help with household chores or getting out during the day. We thoroughly risk assess, so that all our support is provided in a way that is safe and personally tailored to YOU.
