At Link Care Solutions, we place the utmost importance on ensuring our staff receive the latest training and are fully credentialed. Link Care Solutions staff are thoroughly screened before they can become employees of Link Care Solutions. Link Care Solutions complies with all national and licensing requirements so you can be assured that our carers are properly credentialed to perform the level of care that your loved one needs. Below is a list of all obligatory training that all carers at Link Care Solutions undergo. 

Link Care has an ongoing training program which enables our carers to provide a high level of home care services while enhancing their job performance and ultimately create an exceptional customer experience for our clients. All of our carers have the opportunity to participate in our continual learning program such as the Care Certification. 

We at Link Care Solutions believe that all our carers should be trained to the highest standard. Through this we have a rigours training matrix and supervisions matrix which allows us to better understand our carers and what help they may require so they can develop in their roles so that they can obtain a high standard of care for our clients.   • Part-time or Full-time hours based on pre-agreed availability.
